Lin Pinchuk sounds like the most toxic Karen bitch I've ever heard of; and why leave a review about customer service on a product? Zen has got good customer service and these disposables are actually pretty good! Allo has distinctive and good flavors but just pick and choose to your preference. :)

I made sure to ask the worker if the ones I was interested in had any menthol taste and he said “no they shouldn’t” so I went off and bought like 6-7 of them all different flavors and when he opened his gift.. he tried all of them and every last one had a mint/menthol kick To the lungs. NOT IPRESSED to say the least. If that wasn’t bad enough, the guy (heavyset Asian Dude) seemed Miserable from start to finish, not even a “hey” after waiting for him to come out of the back, I felt like I was a inconvenience to him, maybe I came at a bad time like during a meal or something??not helpful with questions, clearly not happy to be doing any kind of movement period, answers to my questions were short, and non-explanatory (ya/no kinda thing) I guess everyone has bad days but you just don’t treat somebody there to give you $ like that... I was only in there for like 5-6 min and DEFINITELY would have bought more had I felt like my patronage meant something to this...”person”
